This recipe is great as a dip for vegetables. The yogurt adds probiotics, the salmon gives omega-3 fatty acids, which reduce the risk of high blood pressure, and the dill helps digestion.
- ¾ cup full-fat plain yogurt or coconut yogurt
- ½ cup smoked salmon, chopped
- ¼ cup red onion, chopped
- 1-1/2 Tbsp. fresh dill, chopped
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
Place first 4 ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Season to taste with sea salt and pepper.
