This is an easy recipe that everyone will enjoy. Add to yogurt or have it with almond milk as cereal.
- ½ cup of slivered almonds
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
- 1/2 cup hemp hearts
- 1 cup of unsweetened shredded coconut
- ½ cup of seeds of choice (pumpkin, sesame, sunflower)
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/4 cup of maple syrup
- 1/3 cup of coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla
Mix all ingredients together. Heat oven to 350. Cook stirring occasionally until golden brown through.
