Nuts and seeds can add an array of nutrients and healthy fats.  A suggested serving of ¼ cup will introduce essential fatty acids with no cholesterol.    They are source of protein and fibre.  Nuts also are full of vitamins and minerals such as magnesium, zinc, biotin, iron and selenium.   Eat them as a snack, sprinkled on salads or nut butter.
